It's not exact but here it goes...
"You have three men sitting together on a bench, lets call them Afghanistan, Iraq and Iran. You walk up behind them and put a bullet into 'A's head, a double tap to 'IQ's and 'IR' starts to reach into his coat for his gun. The question is...did 'IR' make that decision on his own or did you make it for him?
